A completely new, self-adjusting frame holder allows you to load and unload your bike quickly and easily. Securing is done at roof height for ease of access. Due to its aluminium tray the Thule 591 cycle carrier is very lightweight.
The Thule 591 cycle carrier fits onto cross bars fitted to your vehicle (not supplied). It will fit onto both square cross bars (max 65mm) & Aero (oval) bars & you can mount it on the left or right, facing forwards or backwards. If your bars incorporate Thule's T-track system (also known as T slot) Thule 591 carrier will fit into the slot no problem.
The Thule 591 cycle carrier comes complete with two locks that lock the carrier to your roof bars and lock your cycle to the cycle carrier. Securing your cycle to the Thule Proride 591 cycle carrier takes place at roof height (no stretching to reach a lock at the top of your cycle). If you already have Thule products then Thule 591 carrier will work with Thule's 'one key' system.
Thule 591 cycle carrier will take any size of cycle wheel, and has a new self adjusting frame holder that fits round cycle frame tube sizes between 22mm-80mm and oval frame sizes between 80mm-100mm. The frame holder is rubber coated to ensure your cycle frame is well protected.
The Thule 591 cycle carrier is manufactured from lightweight aluminium and comes complete with a 5 year warranty. Like most Thule products Thule 591 also carries TUV approval.
